that could be several things, i would check the drain hose for a good flow of water
during drain cycle, if slow check for bent or kinked hose, or the small electric drain pump for coines, buttons a piece of cloth, anything foreign, that does not belong in there. you'd be suprised what i find in them!! bettyboop

Hi Bettyboop,

Is drain hose connected to the drain pump on the back of the unit? Is it easy to open?

Mehdi:
on a 3000 neptune, to gain access to the inside, take the 1 screw from each hindge and remove them. then go to the other side of the door opening and remove the 2 screws on the closing side , and remove them. make sure to leave the hindges attached to the door. now to remove door, lift it up and gently jiggle the door till the hindges come free from the washer. now go to the other side and jiggle and remove the 2 little white blanks (these cover where the hindges would go if you were reversing the door) now with the door & those 2 little white covers removed, the front cover snaps off from clips and lift it away. now you can service the pump, tub to pump hose, and pump to drain hose.take apart and clean everything. and reassemble every thing.if you are sure it's all cleaned out. but it's still not draining all out, and i've never ran across that, whatever times how long the pump runs could be stopping short of emptying the tub. without being there,
I can't tell from sunny florida. BETTYBOOP
