Default Washer does not stop filling
Brand: Roper
Model Number: RAX6144EQ1
Age: 5 - 10 years

Washer has been in storage for years. Connected it up this weekend and the machine continues to overfill/overflow no matter what water level I set it on.

I can turn the machine off at the knob and the fill stops with no leaks.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem and let me in on what part needs replacing?

Chris

Default

This is caused by a faulty pressure switch/ water level switch.

Here is a link to your washer model RAX6144EQ1.

Here is the water level switch.
