during the spin cycle the washer jumps around and is so loud, it has become so bad that the screws from the front panel have fallen out and now the bottom part of inside the washer is exposed. it is ridiculous how loud it is. what could the problem be? is it something i can do myself?

Hi… When a washer vibrates that strong during spin it means it is most likely not seated properly (the floor is not levelled). That is why all washers have two small front screwed supporters at the ground level that you can rotate to adjust the contact between your washer and the floor. If this is the case just adjust them.
