Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: TAWS700RCSCT2930594
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a Whirlpool Estate washer. It fills up with water and then it just hums. Nothing happens, no agitating or spinning. Can someone please help me with this. I am at my wits end here

There may be something stuck in the pump or the motor may be faulty.

Remove the cabinet from the washer.

Remove the pump from the motor and see if the motor will run.

Is the humming coming from the motor?
