Model Number: ETW4100S00
Age: Less than 1 year
when i turn it on it will fill with water then stop and do nothing. it i turn the dial to spin it will make a buzzing sound. it wont spin or drain water. help please!

Does the washer agitate?

There may be a problem with the motor.
