Can you hear the motor running?

Will the washer drain and spin?

Here is a link to your washer model CW7000W.

Tilt the washer back and remove the belt.

Remove the cap that is in the center of the pulley.

Check the cam for wear.

Give the pulley a quick turn clock wise to see if the cam is engaging.

Reinstall the belt.

Remove the front panel by taking a putty knife and releasing the clips that are between the top and the front panel.

The clips are about two to three in from the side.

Put the washer in a cycle and see if the break is releasing.
