could someone PS let me know how to remove the agitate from the machine i took the plastic cup off but it does not look like a screw or key do i have to do it from under the machine the basket is damned also

The agitator should just pull off but after many year they can seize on.

Some times they have to be broken off.

Can you please supply your model number?

Is this a Canandian model?
