My seven year old washer has walked all over my basement since day one. It doesn't matter how I load it or level it. Eventually it breaks the spring. I've had it fixed 4 times, but now it's 1 month off of warranty and broke the spring again. would love to dump it, but can't afford a new one right now. How do I go into to replace the spring: from the top , front, or bottom? It can't be that hard right??

To replace the spring you enter from the front of the washer.

There are two screws at the bottom of the front panel.
