Hi there...

My parents have a KitchenAid washing machine that has been a workhorse, but recently the tub has become tilted and now when the water fills....it goes on the outside of the tub. Help....We are unsure of the right parts that we need to fix this washing machine and how to do it. Thanks in advance for information and input.

You will have to remove the cabinet and see if there are any broken springs.

To remove the cabinet take the two screws out of the console and fit it toward the wall.

In each corner of the cabinet there is a brassy looking clips remove these.

Disconnect the wiring harness.

Open the lid of the washer and pull the cabinet toward you.

The cabinet will now come away from the washer.
