Default Transmission Oil
Brand: Amana
Model Number: LW4303W
Age: 5 - 10 years

I installed the hub and seal kit to stop the leaking from the oil into the tub = staining clothes. After completing the repair, I was told by a repair man that the oil is the result of water going into the transmission, pushing the oil up when the transmission is used for a several cycles. I would like to drain and replace the transmission oil. How is this done and which oil is reccomended? Thanks for the feedback.

Hub and seal kit have nothing to do with tranny leaking oil. Your spindle seal in the tranny is bad=new tranny time.
