Washer was leaking from seal and spin bearing making noise so i replaced it. There is not enough space on the shaft at the pulley for all the washers,so i pulled one off.Now it drains but no spin?

All the washer should fit back on the shaft.

Check and make sure you that you put the cam on the right way.

Tip the washer back and spin the pulley counter clock wise and see if the cam engages.

Here is a link to your washer model mav6200aww.
