Default Timer Problem?
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: A107
Age: More than 10 years

This old Maytag washer has worked trouble free for 30 years and still has only one glitch. The timer does not advance while the rinse water is filling. (All cycles)If I advance it manually it finishes the cycle with no problem. Is this the timer and if so is it worth spending $ on something this old?

Yes this problem would be caused by the timer.

If there is nothing else wrong with the washer it would be worth fixing.

You will need the serial number to see if your timer is still available as there is more than one timer listed.

Here is a parts list to your washer model A107.
