Post Stripped knob
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: VBXR1060T
Age: More than 10 years

Having trouble getting the washer to start at desired level because the knob isn't turning appropriately. I believe that it's stripped and want to know how to fix this situation.

Are you talking about the water level knob?

Can you please supply the last 3 digits of your model number?

There should be a number and two letters after the VBXR1060T on the tag on the washer.
