Default Stays on wash cycle, never drains/spins
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 11081664110
Age: More than 10 years

Kenmore washer stays on wash cycle and never drains or spins until time runs out. Then it just stops with all the water still in the washer. Does the same thing on all the other wash cycles.

Someone told me it could be a Timing Motor. I'm relatively handy. Can this be it?

Does the wash cycle agitate and end on its own?

Yes the wash agitates until the timer time runs out then it just stops.
