The water starts to fill, complete the filling of water, commences to wash cycle then water comes out on the floor. water hoses (hot /cold) are in tack and drain hose is properly inserted

Remove bottom kick panel and observe where the water is comming from, also check the back in spin, you might have a split drain hose.
