Spins, won't agitate

It tries to start agitating, it makes a humming sound and the agitator will turn very slowly if i help it, but never speeds up. It spins just fine. This machine has a "ratchet" device so the motor turns one direction to wash, but if the motor turns the other direction, it spins. Is this a problem with the motor itself, or with the controls and wiring?

Yes if there is a humming sound when it is trying to washer it does sound like the motor is the problem.

PartSelect will only ship to Canada and the USA.

If you know someone in the States or Canada you could have it shipped to them and then they could ship it to you.
