Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MAV6451AWW
Age: 5 - 10 years
Motor is running but it won't move. I even tried to turn the agitator with
my hand and it won't move either. HELP!!!!!!

Most likely a trany. Better shop for a new washer. There was only 5 year warranty on it. (check manual to make sure)
