Default Spin cycle problem
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: sav365zaww
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a matag washing machine. The washing machine appear to wash during the spin cycle. When you lift the lid to check on it during the spin cycle and close the lid it takes off in the spin cycle. Most of the time when I check the washing machine when it should be done. I have water in the barrel. When I turn it back to the spin cycle it will spin.

Try wigging the timer, you may have bad timer contacts.
