Next three I took with the front panel off, same area at different zoom levels






Where this drip is is right below the area where water was in the control panel dripping down from there (in the pic where the red arrow is of the control panel)
Granted my cold water hose drips a little, water will run down back the washer, I thought it was coming from the hose but it wasn't, there would be water coming from in inside not outside. Do you think its the valve, I cant see what else it would be in that area.

Looks like the valve is leaking
I would remove the hoses and the screws which hold it down
Lift it up and see if there is anything obvious (a crack etc.)
Move it up where you can see it and dry everything off
Remember: unplug the machine
If possible reconnect the hoses, run it and find the leak
Often there is a plate with an Oring inside a channel that seals the bottom of the valve assy. Perhaps this is shot or has loosened up.
Also it looks like they use a spring clamp to hold the output hose to the valve, it may be leaking here.
If the valve is the leak and you have to replace it, also replace the green spring clamp with a screw type clamp
