Default Sears Washer (Weak Spin)
Brand: Sears
Model Number: 110.82983110
Age: More than 10 years

Hello to all,
I have a Sears washer that has developed a weak spin. I can actually by hand stop the spinning wash tub and push it the opposite direction while in the spin cycle. I noticed in the parts brake down that there is a clutch. Does this get removed from the top? Do I take the top off and remove the agitator and drum to gain access? I am guessing that this is the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time
