Rubbing Sound During Wash Cycle

My washing machine makes a "rubbing/squeak" while washing a FULL load of clothes. The machine is level. If I hold on to the tub while it washes the noise stops. It only does this during the wash cycle. What could be causing this noise? And what part(s) should I look at to replace?

Does it make the same sound with a small load?

Is this sound coming from the top or the bottom of the tub?
