Top part of agitator not working. Bottom part works fine. Seems to be disconnected in someway. I can't figure out how to take it apart to find what is broken

You need to order a set of4 agitator dogs,to repair your problem.Untill then your washer will work fine, as the top part looks impressive but it really doesn't have anything to do with getting your clothes clean. replace the dogs to make top wiggle again.
