I have picked up a new agitator today to replace the old agitator (3 yrs) which had one of the fin blade break off during a wash. No idea what caused it.

Does anyone know how to remove the old agitator.

To remove the agitator you will have to remove the fabric softener dispenser first.

Then look down inside the agitator and you will see screw.

Remove the screw and pull up on agitator. It should come right out.
