with the new controlboard installed, the washer goes to the cycle thats selected, but won't advance to the next cycle by its self. i followed the instructions on the troubleshooting procedure sheet in the washer, but i can't enter the service mode or perform any of the diagnostic checks. no one will come out to look at it till after christmas. can anyone help?
