Default Repair GE Profile washer
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: WPSR3090V0WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

I noticed my washer started leaking and is noisy when spins (like a noisy bearing). I have removed the front and top panels, and outer tub cover. The leak is coming from the center seal on tub. I cannot remove the plastic agitator coupler.
Does it pull off (after removing center bolt)? Also, how can I remove the inner tub? Do I need to just remove the inner tub balance ring?
Thanks!

Yes after the bolt is removed the coupler should just pull off.

Here is a link to your washer model WPSR3090V0WW.
