The belt needs Replaced how do u remove the panels to get to it?

There should be a Phillips screw in each corner of the panel just where it start to slop toward the bottom of washer.

yes found it thank you um found out that it wasnt the belt after all the motor went on it. i will need a new washer. thanks for the reply.
