Brand: General Electric
Model Number: wssr3120w0ww
Age: More than 10 years

Hello
my problem is the agitator. It spins freely by hand, but during the wash cycle it does not agitate. I removed the detergent cup from the top of the agitator and now i need instructions on how to finish removing the agitator so i can see whats wrong with it or could someone please tell me whats wrong with it . Any help would be geeatly appreciated thank you Steve Anderson

Wrap rope under agitator and tie it to a 2by4: using leverage, pop off agitator.
