Default Pump doesn't close after 1st rinse
Brand: Crosley
Model Number: unknown
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hello,
Because of location of washer I am unable to get a model number at this time.
The washer goes thru 1st rinse cycle ok, but the after spinning the water doesn't stay in tub for 2nd rinse. Could it be the rotary switch?
thank you,
Hannah14560:

If you are saying that the water goes in, and goes right back out of the drain, that means the drain hose is too far in the drain. Pull the drain hose out of the drain, and then stick it back in about 9 inches, and then run a cycle. Your water is syphoning out. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
