hi; having problems too. this has happened to me in past month. found out that the struts needed to be replaced. she would not spin at all and i thought it was the belt, which it was too but also the struts were done. i still can not do laundry, i replaced struts but, now having problems with the black drive pulley rubbing against the plastic on the back of the wash tub. i now need any suggestions on how to solve this problem! but try replacing your struts that got mine back to spinning but now i have a rubbing problem.
