Unhappy Problems with washer
Brand: Amana
Model Number: ALW480DAW
Age: 5 - 10 years

After going through all of the cycles, when I open the washer I find suds with my clothes. Also there is a loud noise made during the spin cycle. It has been doing the loud noise for a long time was bothersome but didn't matter until this problem arose. What could this be and how much will it be to fix it?

Dawn, if the nosie in the spin cycle sounds like a roar, that is the bearing. Suds, in the clothes could be to much soap, and washing with hot water only. If the spin cycle is a roar, buy a new product. If you would like to know what product to buy, go to my web site. T. PAONE's APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE GUIDE Tom
