Default Partially drains for spin but fills back up
Brand: White-Westinghouse
Model Number: ?
Age: More than 10 years

I have two issues. First the tub will not drain. It starts to spin, the water goes out then comes right back in. Then the washer shuts off. Reading the other posts it seems this may be the pump.
Second, the model number is partially washed off. I'm not sure how many numbers there are. It appears to be ??xx4?3?BW3. But I don't even know if all of that is right.

Is there another place it may be? I have looked every where can't find it.

I haven't recieved any replies so far. But I do now have the model number. wwx433rbw3. And I know it is not the pump or the lid switch. What else can it be? The timer?

I have eliminated the pump, door switch and clogged lines. The water appears to be filling up in between the inner and outer tubs then spilling back over into the inner tub while spinning then it shuts off.
Some kind of response would be nice.
Or is the plan to let me pull my hair out until I solve my own problem?
