Default Not draining water out of machine
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 970-C42162-00
Age: 1 - 4 years

I had posted earlier, since then I made a call to a service technician, the lady was kind enough to try and tell me how to see if my drain is clogged however I am not sure if this is something I should attempt.
Has anyone tried to unclog the pump before?

Take Off Cabinet And Remove The 2 Hoses And Look In Side For A Wrag Or Long Piece Of String,I find a lot of bra under wires in pumps, and sometimes the under wires ruin the pump.

Last night I pulled the machine apart. It actually felt good doing it!
I took off the kick plate and unhooked the two hoses that goes to what I am assuming is the pump. Of course water poured out all over the place as the machine has not drained any of the water. I cleaned the hoses out and there was nothing in them. I put it all back together and now it is making a terrible noise. It's much more louder than before and still not draining.
Do you think I need to just replace the pump? I brought the peice with me to work to see if I could source out where to purchase one.
This may seem like a stupid question but the thing the two hoses feed into is the pump right?
Thanks for all the help.
