Default No Spin cYCLE
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: WWSE5200B1WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

The washer seems to go trough all the cycles except at the end, the final spine cycle.
It smells something burning it makes a noise like if the motor is rotating, but the bucket is not moving, at the end the cloth still damp.
If I repeat the cycle it works after the 2nd or 3rd attempt.
I belive is the belt.
If this correct,
How do I change the belt?

To check to see if the belt is your problem you will have to remove the front panel of the washer.

Take a putty knife and release the two clip at the top of the front panel between the top and the panel.

They are located about two inch in from the side of the washer.

Here is a link to your washer model WWSE5200B1WW.

I did, I removed the front cover and I can see the belt;
What I'm looking for? How do I know the belt is bad?

Is there any belt fragment on the floor?

Check the pulley may removing the belt to see if it is coming apart.
