Sorry do not understand your problem

When you say "i had a circut break", what does that mean?
Did your panel mains breaker trip?
Did only one circuit breaker trip?
Or was it something else?

The first thing to do is find out if you have 240 Volts to the washer/dryer plug.
Also do you have both sides of the line 120 volts to Neutral

Did the electrician do any work in your breaker box? The reason I ask is the washer is on one circuit, and the dryer is on a totally different breaker by itself. You definetly have a breaker box issue. Call that electrician back. If you need me you can reach me at ApplianceEducator.com
