Model Number: 11091320100
Age: More than 10 years

our poor old washing machine no longer spins or agitates or anything but run the motor (still sounds like new). this is a direct drive(?) as i found no pulleys or belts or fragments. where do i look for the cause of my problem?

This like you said is a direct drive washer.

There is a coupler that goes between the motor and transmission that drives the unit.

To access this there are a few steps.

First unplug the washer.

Remove the two screws in the console and flip the controls back.

You will then find a brass clip in each corner. Remove these.

Disconnect the wiring harness.

Open the lid of the washer and grab the cabinet and tilt it toward you and lift it while walking away from the rest of the washer.

You will likely find black rubber and white plastic pieces.

You will now have to remove the pump.

Release the two clamp that hold the pump in place and swing it out of the way.

You do not have to remove the hoses.

Now remove the motor.

Disconnect the wiring harness.

There are two motor supports that hold the motor in place.

Remove the screws in the supports and the motor will come down.

You will see part of the coupler on the motor and the other part on the transmission.

The center piece of the coupler will likely be in pieces.

Here is a link to the parts of your washer model 11091320100.

The coupler will look similar to this. The part number for the coupler is PS1485646.
