Hello,

Washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. I removed and cleaned out the additive tray, and the tubes where the fabric softener dispenses. cleaned the entire tray, but still no dispensing.

I know there is a tube that feeds a small amount of water into the dispenser mechanism. Question is, how do I access it. Do I have to remove the top to gain access?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
