I just used the washing machine for the first time in a 20 year old condo I bought. Regardless of the settings on the washer, my wash is always hot water. Is the problem in the washer or somewhere else?
The water supply is a plastic single lever control with a horizontal slider lever of all plastic construction.

You either have a blockage in little screen in cold hose.Take off cold hose from washer put it in a bucket and see if water comes out when you turn on the water, if it does, your cold part of water inlet valve, in your washer needs replacement. Bettyboop
