Brand: Maytag
Model Number: C1104515080
Age: Less than 1 year

I can't get any cold water into my brand new washing machine. Hot water is fine but not cold.

HI, This may sound dumb ... but I had the same problem a month or so ago.

ck and make sure there is not a kink in the cold water hose blocking the flow of water.

someone had pushed my washer up to close to the wall and had pinched the supply hose so that the cold water was not flowing.

that is the first thing I would ck.

A quick test is to switch the little wires on the hot & cold valve on the back, if now you get cold But no hot, check the water temp switch. If you still only get hot, your water inlet vave on the back is bad, or take the cold hose off the back of the washer and ck for obstrustion, mud or trash in the hose, or little screen. bettyboop
