cold water will not go into washer on any setting or cycle that needs cold water. I checked hose water getting to the machine. Took out the filter & its cleaned. The hot water works fine.

My guess is there a valve in there thats not opening closing for the cold water. If you think the valve is the problem can you help me find the part name & number I need for this machine Thanks

It sounds like the fill valve is what you need.
