Unhappy NeptuneII
Brand: Maytag
Age: 1 - 4 years

I'm constantly cleaning this efficiency model because soil collects badly around the top of the drum on a small ridge not big enough to put your finger on it, but anyway, the holes where the water comes in to dispense bleach and softener are almost clogged and look really nasty - how do I get to them to clean them out or stop this collection of soil? TIA

Can you please supply your model number?

It is on the inside of the door.

The model on the lid is actually Neptune TL - I don't see any other numbers.

Sorry the model number should be on the control panel along the top at the back.

The bleach and softener are not easy to remove.

To clean use a small bottle brush.
