I paid 1,000 for it and it is junk! I am calling Maytag, maybe possible recall.

Are you getting a code in the display?

What are you washing when the washer does this?

What setting are you using?

Does it drain the water?

We have the same problem. I discovered that you have to load full loads for it to work.
