[neptune repair]

I have a neptune washer that is doing a couple of things.

First off the washer is flashing a code d11

secondly the door is not locking up during a regular cycle but if I overide it and put it in the 10 min test cycle it will show the door lock light.

during the reglar cycle the water leaks out the bottm of the door. I also believe the water is constantly runnig.

Can you please supply your model number?

If the water is coming out the door you may have a faulty pressure switch.

If you shut the washer off does the water stop coming in to the washer?

You may have a faulty door lock mechanism.
