I took my stackable apart and want to fasten the lid on the washer and ordered part #PS417874 BRACKET
PS423766 (SCREW-BRACKET/DOOR) 3

Couldnt find a place to install it on the washer,screw holes or on the schematic on the website??

Do I need another part? If so which one and how/where would I install it?

I think you order the bracket for the door not the top panel.

Here is a link to your washer model FWT449GFS1.

Have a look at the Panel part number ps419347 and the bracket ps418484.

Johnny, I got frustrated & sent all the parts back, I couldnt figure out how to get the lid to fasten on??

I thought about emailing frigidaire?

It's confusing. I will send pictures to Sheila and hopefully she can shed some light on it, but I do not see how it goes on.
