Washer will run through wash cycle and agitate the load but when it gets to the rinse cycle it will not drain. the timer says that it has completed the rinse cycle and that the load is finished but is still full of water. have to move the timer back to the rinse cycle for it to work, sometimes more than once. any help

I am also experiencing the same type of problem. i will load my washer up start the cycle and it will fill agitate spin and stuff. when it gets to the rinse cycle it will not drain or refill. it just goes right back to agitating then spinning again. then the buzzer will go off saying the wash is done. but the water is still in the washer. if i move the dial back to spin it will drain the water then but not on it own
