I have a two year old maytag front loading washer. I pulled it way from the wall to do some work on the wall then attempted to use it again. It filled the tub with water the first load but then did not rinse well. The second load it will not fill. I pulled off the fill valve and I am getting about 1K ohm resistence. I have this problem in all modes so my guess is that it is not the timer. My next guess is a fill switch or level sensor that is messed up.
Neptune owners, don't forget to replace your door latch wax motor, Maytag part # 12002535 before it damages your machine control board... See #1 MAYTAG NEPTUNE WASHER R11 Q6 REPAIR KIT + WAX MOTORtm for details...
Here is what I would do first before you start spending money. Shut off the valves, and take the hose off at the machine, and grab a bucket, and turn the cold on, and see if you have good flow. Do the same to the hot water. If all is well there, then look inside the watervalve on the washer, and there will be screans, take a small thin blade screw driver, and pop them out and clean them real well. Then hook it back up, and see how it goes. I can be reached further at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
