Post Maytag SAV405DEWW leaks by Agitator
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: SAV405DEWW
Age: 1 - 4 years

My washer leaks by the agitator, it looks like there is a seal at the tub connecting to the agitator. If this is the problem, I need that seal and how to get to it to replace it.

Here is a link to the breakdown of your washer model sav405deww.

This should give you some idea of how the washer is put together.

There are special tools that are needed but if your hand you will be able to do the job without them.
