Washer is displaying a error code of nd on the panel and beeping. Tried to manually select the spin cycle, you can hear an electric sound coming from the washer like it is trying to do something. It might try this a few times and then comes back with the nd display error.

So, the problem is solved. There was a quarter that was stuck in the water pump. The difficult part in all this was trying to figure out how to drain the washer when I pulled the hose off the pump.

Oh, by the way, it is completely the wifes fault as she says I never do anything around the house....
