Default Maytag Neptune MAH5500BWW: torque for the bolt that attaches the pulley to the spider

For the Maytag Neptune MAH5500BWW, does anyone know the correct torque for the bolt that attaches the pulley to the spider shaft?

The Maytag seal kit indicates that it is 30 inch pounds, but the factory manual indicates 33 foot pounds.

Is either correct? If so, which one?

Should I be careful not to overtighten the bolt?

For example, if I went with 34 inch pounds instead of 30 inch pounds would that be bad or good?

If you over torque the bolt it will bind.

The proper torque is 30 inch pounds.
