The door lock solenoid is not working. I have a load of wet artical's in the drum and no way to get to the lock. Does the shell remove from the back? How does one acess the locked switch located in the front top of the door? I did go through the service mode to try to jog the solenoid. A pulse was sent to lock and unlock without any results. Any ideas?

Remove the soap dispenser and you should find a red plastic cord.

Pull the cord to release the door lock.
