I have a maytag neptune washer that will start the washing cycle but in the last 7 to 9 minutes ofthe cycle will stop and an LR will appear on the screen. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

The LR stands for locked rotor. The machine has repeatedly tried to turn the motor but cannot.

There should be a tech sheet in the console to help determine the problem.
